I have been taking Alli for over a month and totally love it. I am using Alli in conjunction with a lower fat version of Atkins. I do experience the "treatment effects" but it is always after consuming higher fat food which is what Alli warns against. I have tried NutriSystem and hated the food. While I do not enjoy the "treatment effects" I know what the signs are and prepare for a timing bathroom break. If I am going to be away from the house I stop eating an hour prior to my departure and stay away from fatty foods. I have had a gastric bypass which did not work, an believe me the Alli effects are nothing compared to the pain, suffering, and cost of surgerical procedures and Nutrisystem. I have been doing this plan for 5 weeks and have lost 20+ lbs. It works if you use the plan according to the manufacturers directions. Anyone who diets knows the bottom line - follow the plan honestly and anything will work.

My wife has been using My Alli for about six months and is having great success. No real bowel problems. She has lost over 30 pounds and her cholesterol and blood pressure are way down. We are following the My Alli diet and I have lost over 20 pound but I do not take the pill. I am a lot more active than my wife. The meal plan and the pill are really working for my wife.
