Finally, weight loss has been explained to me in a way that makes sense. And the Jillian Michaels program makes it feasible for me to reach my goals. The weight has been coming off, and I feel like I have so much more control over my habits, eating and exercise. It's a good feeling. Glad I read the reviews and signed up THANK YOU!

Hi there!

WHAT A GREAT DIET!! Day 1 for me, and let me tell you, there is no girly girl in this program! It was hectic, but felt great after the workout! Did my 2nd cardio in the afternoon,and feel really good!

Well, another 29 days to go, sure it will be worth it! Hope all you ladies out there have as much fun with this as me...

I LOVE the BIGGEST LOSSER I watch it every Tuesday night. I'm jealous of the contests they weigh more than me then by the time its over they weigh less than me. I am 28 years old weigh 200 pds. I have one child who is 11 years old. And he was adopted by my husband. So my husband and I have been trying for 6 years to have one but I think its due to I gained so much. And since I've been watching your show I've been excrising more and watching what I eat and I just want to THANK YOU AND EVERYONE ON THAT SHOW.
