I tried this diet and didn't really get much out of it. Found the site to be pretty useless, and the advice she gave was pretty much anything you could find in a million other diet books.

Not sure why you would risk your health by following a program designed by someone with no background in nutrition. As far as I can tell, this is just a glorified personal trainer who lucked into a television show. I've read her book and find it scary that she's being portrayed as an expert.

My favorite part of the Jillian Michaels diet is having a weight loss buddy. It's been super helpful, we motivate each other. I've lost 8 pounds in just a month, which has made a big difference in how i look.
