It's a fantastic program that works. I love the food, the convenience, never going hungry and losing the weight! I was never a believer these programs worked or that the food was any good. I was wrong!!!! I am so thankful I tried it. I look forward to every meal and snack. Try it if you're thinking about it. I wish I would have tried this years ago.
