Unless they have drastically changed I wouldn't recommend it. Two years ago this new years, I ordered Nutrisystem. I was on it for 3 mos. and lost 50lbs.(without starving!). I lost 7 lbs. in the first week and that is what really motivated me to stick w/it. I found that the program was great, because it teaches you the proper things to eat and they even give you a guide of what to order when dining out.
