I love the south beach diet.. It's hard at first because u can't eat any carbs, but as time and days go by you stop wanting those foods and crave for a cheese and veggies. I am on week 2 and have lost 7lb so far.. I am going to keep my strong will up and continue to lose weight. my goal is 35 lb..

Okay...so I have been on the diet for 3 days. I have lost 4 lbs so far. I am hungry all the time though and I pee constantly.
The food is good..it is what I normally eat (minus the carbs!) but I have cheated on the beer/wine. I am a wine professional so having wine on a daily basis is part of my job..no getting around it. I have cut waaaaaaaaaaaaay back though.
Is anyone else hungry all teh time? I am wondering if it is a psychological thing?
