I like Weight Watchers because it's much more affordable than diets like Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem and I'm not beholden to their foods. As I do the weight watchers program, I'm responsible for everything that goes into my body and when I'm down to my goal weight, I just keep eating smart and exercising, rather than having to relearn how to eat properly.

For those who say tracking points take too much time, I've got nothing to say except I don't think it's too time consuming. Maybe it adds an extra five minutes to my day, but that's only the first time I've eaten something. Once I track it, I know what the points are.

I couldn't DISAGREE more. This has got to be the easiest program to losing weight. I've tried so many things that I completely gave up on loosing weight about 12 yrs ago. I finally decided to join WW online and it has been the greatest. How hard is it to just plug in your points for each meal and go. It does everything but cook the food for me. I love the fact that WW, Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, etc. have the points right on the package so I just pop in the microwave, log in my points and voila! I'm on my way to weight loss. It just can't be easier than this. And yes, I have children at home and grandchildren and a husband. He eats the meals I eat and so does the one daughter I have living at home. It's about ME!!! So I can be there for THEM.
