Bottom Line Many dieters consider Weight Watchers a lifestyle choice and not a weight loss diet like Nutrisystem or Jenny Craig. Others claim the points-based method of Weight Watchers is outdated and doesn’t go far enough to promote healthy eating. However, I was NOT successful at keeping it off. I agree with the other comments about how WW doesn't really teach you to eat healthy and that you spend a lot of time thinking about what to eat and when to eat next. I think it is a great diet for someone who have never tried to lose weight before, because by simply managing your portions to stay within your points range, you will lose weight. However, if you want to learn how to lead a healthy life, this is not the best option out there. I was successful with losing weight on Weight Watchers.
